Neil O Mara is an Irish exile living in the UK, he lives in fear because he was
set up for murder nineteen years ago and he absconded rather than face trial. He
lives a dormant life.

Neil sends a letter to his son Eoin seeking closure on his past. From the start
someone else is looking for Neil for their own motivations.
