VENUE TICKETS 

Tickets will be available at the venue only for shows that have not sold out prior to the day of the performance. 

*Please note that all THT online bookings are subject to €1 Booking and Development charge per ticket. 

TICKET COLLECTION 

Customers will be emailed their tickets. Ticket holders for shows in Town Hall Theatre and Mick Lally Theatre will also be able to collect their tickets from the venue 30 mins before the show. 

RE-SALES POLICY & LATE ENTRY POLICY 

In most cases, late comers will not be admitted. Please arrive in good time at the venue. Where shows are sold out, Galway Theatre Festival reserves the right to resell seats if ticket holders have not arrived by show start time. 

A NOTE ON ACCESSIBILITY 

We want Galway Theatre Festival to be accessible to all. Should you face barriers to accessibility or require additional support, please inform the GTF Team and we will do all we can to help. We recently worked with an access consultancy firm, they undertook a high-level assessment of existing levels of accessibility in place, e.g. policy, plans, commitment, procurement, training, customer services, information provision, venues, etc. We will work on their recommendations over the coming years.
