TICKETS
Can I buy tickets on the door?
Depending on availability, some shows may have tickets available on the door. Please check our social media for up to date information on this.
What is your refund policy?
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned. Your statutory rights are not affected.
I have a promo code, how do I use it?
Press Book Now on the GTF website. This will bring you to Take Your Seats, our ticketing platform. Enter your code in your cart when checking out and the discount will apply automatically.
How long is the 5 for €50 deal available?
The 5 for €50 deal is available until 26 April 2026.
When does the BLAS 3 for €30 deal stop working?
The BLAS 3 for €30 deal is available until 28 April 2026.

Where are the festival venues?
Our festival takes place across multiple venues in Galway city. You can find a full list of venues here.
What age are your shows suitable for?
Age guidance varies per show. Please refer to the age guidance on each individual show listing before booking.
How do I apply to be part of GTF?
GTF presents a curated programme. The Festival Director is open to invitations to shows for consideration for the 2027 festival. There will also be an open call in October 2026 for mid-scale work, new work and rehearsed readings.
I am a journalist, how do I request press tickets?

How do I get involved as a volunteer?
GTF puts out a call for volunteers each year online. Keep an eye on our social media and website in April. Please note our 2026 volunteer call is now closed.
